Sorry I missed yesterday.:) You should write down your feelings because your mood will change. if you write down what you felt then you will be able to cope with heartbreak more I think. It will help you see that you hurt and try to find something better. For me it just helps to get it out. It helps to admit it. It’s part of the healing process.
